- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused items only.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
